Welcome to the Free Monthly Workshop Series

We meet virtually every third Saturday, starting at 11 am EST/EDT.
Each workshop lasts 60 - 90 minutes depending on the size of the group.
Each month we will explore a different topic to help us make changes in life and bring peace to mind.
